Dear Geraldine, we’re thanking you very much for introducing us to the Champagne region and to the intricacies of Champagne making. We absolutely loved our visit to La Maison de Penet and found it very informative as well as personal. The tour of Ruinart was very interesting, but in a different way. Seeing the caves was something we will never forget. May we also thank you for recommending Maison Les Crayeres for my birthday meal? Having travelled the world intensely and having stayed in most beautiful hotels we can now say that it definitely topped our list! Not only the meal was amazing, the hospitality of that place was unbelievable! We have a full intention to return and use your services again.

Geraldine is delightful and extremely knowledgeable about the wine and foods of the eastern Loire (Sancerre, Pouilly). She also has a great depth of understanding around the intricacies of wine making and the various regional particularities of each classic French region (Loire, Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone). She's incredibly warm, patient, and a great teacher. She took our group of three from Paris to Sancerre and served as our ambassador, translator, and good company throughout. We look forward to our next visit and regional tour with her.

Friday night was my first time at one of your events and I throughly enjoyed myself. I look forward to attending future events and your wine expertise. I thought the Wine Quiz was fun and it also made me think more about what I was tasting.

I cannot say enough about Geraldine's fabulous wine tasting dinners. I have been attending them monthly for three years, and I have learned so much! They have been a real highlight in my Parisian experience! French wine is a vast and complicated subject, but Geraldine and Wine Domini make it fun, easy (and delicious) to learn. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you will be treated to some fabulous wines, discover what makes them so wonderful, learn how to evaluate them, enjoy a delicious dinner and have a great time in the process.
